Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Schweizer Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. All displayed shipping dates are estimates and there is no guaranteed date of arrival. If you are located outside of Switzerland you will have to pay customs duties. You will receive an invoice for the customs duties from our logistics service provider (Swiss Post and their partners) after delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and your location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you would like to return your items inside the 30 day money back period, contact us a mail at info@khoni.com. Return shipping will be paid by us. You are responsible for payment if there are customs duties on return.
